The crusades of the pure

Openly sponsored by an up and coming politician by the name of Taksu some years back, the crusades of the pure were a war by Old-Tokyo's less mutated populace against the mutants. The outrage that sparked the crusade was caused by an incident wherein a number of powerful mutants destroyed multiple sectors of Old-Tokyo. Since then, the heavily armed pure-bloods would hunt down people with physical deformities and mutations, burning them at the stake. This move would ultimately propel the politician Taksu into becoming the head of his own department - human resources.
