A Parade of Bubbles Litters the Skies of Old Tokyo (PL 1)

Numerous murmurs and gasps can be heard from the bazaar as a large swarm of bright shining bubbles soars overhead. Children giggle and smile as they run and follow these strange luminescent orbs while many of the elderly eye them with suspicion. Suddenly a cacophony of screams echoes throughout the streets of Old Tokyo bazaar. Their curiosity turns to horror as a vendor attempts to touch one of the bubbles and he passes out cold the moment it pops on his finger. The nearby bazaar-goers attempt to awaken him with cold water and sharp pinches yet he seems placid as a stagnant pond. His face grows pale and clammy as his breathing becomes shallow. Soon one by one people begin to collapse as they make contact with the bubbles. The crowd of merchants and customers begin to flee in shock and terror. One of the children trips and tumbles to the ground. He begins to cry and wail as a single unassuming bubble floats towards him.

A massive and muscular figure cracks his knuckles. He reels back, and slams the bubble into the ground with his fist.

As he pops the bubble his hand starts to feel numb and a sensation of dull anesthesia creeps up his arm. The child gratefully thanks the muscular man with teary eyes before hastily fleeing the storm of bubbles still approaching from south of the market.

He stands there a moment, his eyelids fluttering, "Is this.. is this it for me?", he murmurs as he falls into a catatonic state.

As he passes out cold on the ground he finds himself in a strange landscape of violet grass and bright red dirt. Above him is a brilliant yellow sky while a blue sun beams down heavily upon him. Around the man are the numerous other victims who've found themselves unconscious at the hands of the mysterious bubbles. At first, everyone looks around murmuring to one another in confusion until a portly shopkeep points and shouts in horror at a 50 feet tall comedically proportioned ape lurking over the crowd of bazaar-goers. The hideous cartoonish beast makes a large cheshire grin before howling and beating its chest.

The muscled man quakes in his old shoes, and he glances around with a panicked look, "What in the world is.. THAT?!" he shouts, taking a few steps back.

The gorilla swats at the crowd and giggles with manic glee. Meanwhile, a small tanned boy walks through the bazaar examining the unconscious vendors and customers. He rifles through their pockets and pulls out anything of value. If one of the nearby people start to move or make noise he pulls out a small loop and blows bubbles onto the unfortunate victim.

A man with an indent on the left side of his forehead meanders into the square, eyeing the unconscious bodies as he trudges past (PL 2). He approaches the boy, and crosses his arms, "The hell are you doing? Is everyone here just taking a nap?" he says.

The child turns from his most recent victim and stares blankly at him. The boy is wearing cargo shorts and a backward blue baseball cap. His white t-shirt is grimy and covered in various black and brown stains. As he raises his gaze to meet the strange deformed man he says "Me deshice de los malos. Eres un mal tipo?".

"Uh.." says Tsuyoi, as he rubs the back of his head, scrunching his face, "Er.. No habla espanol?" he mutters in response, "You speak Japanese kid?"

"He was not taught the language of the oppressors." says a tan-skinned man in a thick Spanish accent. His curly black hair is highly thinning and Tsuyoi can see numerous bulbs of flesh protruding from the crown of his head. "You look pretty tired stranger, perhaps you could use some rest?" he murmurs hostilely before stepping close to Tsuyoi and blowing a fistful of sand in his face.

The sand hovers in the air a foot from Tsuyoi's face as if it had hit an invisible wall, before dropping into the ground. Tsuyoi pulls his hands from his pocket, and smirks at the tan-skinned man, "Choose your next few actions carefully, I'm in a bad mood," he says.

"Hmm, not bad. But I have other tricks up my sleeve," he smirks and sprinkles some sand on the eyes of the muscled man. "Por las órdenes de los tres reyes, ¡despierta!" he shouts forcefully. The muscled man jolts straight up, and despite having his eyes closed takes a well-coordinated swing at Tsuyoi.

A strange purple vein on the left indent of Tsuyoi's forehead pops, and the fist collides with an invisible force mid-air. Tsuyoi holds out his hand towards the muscled man, whose entire body jolts in response, before he falls to the ground, blood pouring out of his ears. Tsuyoi turns to the tan-skinned man, and holds out his hand, "Anymore tricks?" he asks with a smug grin. Meanwhile, the muscled man seems to disappear as soon as he appeared from the strange landscape.

The tanned man chuckles. "Not sympathetic to your kind eh? I suppose you Japanese beasts are the kind of ruthless lot to slaughter your own kind. Guess I'll have to use overwhelming force." He skips through the bazaar tossing handfuls of sand from his pockets all over the unconscious bazaar-goers. One by one they jump abruptly to their feet and surround Tsuyoi. They form a tight-knit circle around him, slowly sleepwalking closer and closer to him.

As the bazaar goers surround Tsuyoi, a force erupts from underneath him, strong enough to knock someone close enough to him off their feet, and sends him rocketing into the air. He slowly descends, landing on top of one of the buildings. "You call that overwhelming?" he says. A strange invisible force flies at the tanned-man, originating from Tsuyoi, the force gaining momentum as it gets closer.

Numerous of the crowd are dispersed, sent flying in various directions only to crumple on the ground once more properly asleep. This time however they are not forced into the same strange dreamscape yet rather are merely unconscious. The Filipino man taps his feet impatiently. "I suppose we still aren't a match for you Japs just yet. Ugh, he'll probably give me his smug little speech that lucky bastard. Come on Antonio, hemos terminado." the man mutters disappointedly. The small boy gets off of one of the unconscious victims and hauls a large hemp bag over his shoulder laden with cash and valuables from the bazaar-goers. They both proceed to slowly walk out of the silent market. As the telekinetic force draws near it is suddenly and without warning dispersed (PL 3) without any effort from the man or the child.

Tsuyoi's smug grin disappears as his attack is deflected. "Where do you think your going?" he yells, as he launches another telekinetic ram at the man. As soon as he does, he launches himself vertically off the building, sliding as he lands near them. "We're not done yet," he growls.

As the telekinetic wave is dissipated, Tsuyoi holds his hand out towards the crowd, an unconscious man flying towards him. He positions this man in front of him, and kicks the unconscious man into the incoming attack. He launches himself into the air, and as he does this a force propels him towards the man in the suit. "An artificial psychic huh? Let's see what your made of, tin man!" he yells.

The young man flicks his finger to the left mouthing "Izquierda" and as he does so the bolt of electricity arcs left of the bystander and continues along its original trajectory before dissipating as it collides with a distant building. As Tsuyoi rockets towards him the man points a finger to the sky before mouthing "Encima" and suddenly he rapidly lifts off of the ground. Now far above the bazaar, the man presses a finger to his implant and he closes his eyes. The ground begins to stir as a tall and thick slab of compacted dirt raises from the ground in front of Tsuyoi's current trajectory.

Tsuyoi's eyes widen, and he holds his arms out to slow himself, and propels a force in the opposite direction to stop his momentum. Its a moment too late, as he slams into the slab of compacted dirt. He turns his glare to the nearby civilian, who was spared the discharge of lightning, and raises his palm towards him. The civilian flies into his hand, and Tsuyoi turns a wicked grin to the man in the suit, "Aw, so the robot has feelings after all," he taunts. He launches himself into the air, with the civilian still held.

The man glares at him coldly before snapping both of his hands. One generates a wave of intense heat while the other begins to become covered in light frost. He holds both hands in front of himself and launches two rays of flame and ice. Where the two projectiles collide an immense cloud of steam is generated obfuscating the surrounding area. Suddenly he closes his eyes and presses his fingers to his temples once more. The electrical impulses of the surrounding men flare-up in his mind's eye allowing him to see their location. "做好准备。日本狗！" he screams furiously.

Tsuyoi hangs in the air, and takes a deep breath, the vein on the indent in his forehead quivering. A small shock-wave of force emits from him, clearing the steam around him. He scans the cleared area for the man in the suit, and if he can't find him, he sends small shock-waves to dissipate the steam in multiple given directions, all the while wearing a grumpy frown.

As the steam dissipates he sees the Chinese man running full-speed at Tsuyoi. Tsuyoi has a few moments to react as the man leaps into the air and brings down his leg with swift and heavy telekinetic force. Simultaneously he snaps his left hand and the ground behind Tsuyoi seems to liquify as tendrils of dirt begin to rise. As the man does this the chip in his temple surges with a spark of electricity.
