A Parade of Bubbles Litters the Skies of Old Tokyo (PL 1)

In the moment the Chinese man flies towards Tsuyoi, he raises his human shield to meet the kick, whether or not the attack is pauses or strikes his shield, he brings his foot up with a telekinetic force in an attempted counterattack.

In a hushed and shameful whisper, he murmurs "Derecha" and with impossible speed shifts to the right. The Chinese man starts to sweat and electrical surges flicker across his moist skin. He raises his hand and with great effort, he clenches his fist and concentrates. Tsuyoi finds himself in between two fastly approaching walls of telekinetic force, each magnitudes greater than the attacks he levied at the two mysterious telepaths earlier.

Tsuyoi twirls in midair as his foot fails to meet his attacker, but he doesn't pause, and continues to twirl, building momentum, until he shifts the kick towards one of the walls of telekinetic force.

The wall slows to a crawl and the Chinese psychic flinches as it is temporarily halted. The other wall continues at a rapid pace yet Tsuyoi's ploy grants his a precious few extra moments to escape their path.

Tsuyoi propels higher into the air to avoid the attack, and levels his palm at the Chinese man. The vein on his forehead bulges, and he trembles, through grit teeth, he mutters, "Let's see how you handle this!". He sends a much more powerful shockwave towards the Chinese man, the force of the attack sending him flying back, and causing him to temporarily drop before he re positions himself in the air.

The telekinetic barrage slams into the Chinese psychic and sends him tumbling. At first, it appears to have sent him off his feet yet he swiftly uses precise applications of telekinesis to land nimbly on his feet. Suddenly the sound of shouting and marching can be heard a few blocks from the bazaar. "拉屎！日本兵！" the Chinese man shouts before bending his knees and concentrating. Electricity arcs from his implant to nearby metallic surfaces and he suddenly catapults himself high into the air. A booming thunderous sound can be heard from up high as the mysterious psychic launches himself horizontally away from the bazaar area.

Tsuyoi glances around, and grimaces as the sounds of marching are heard. With a grunt of frustration, he hurls the human shield at the ground. The civilian's descent however is slowed, and he lands without any serious injury. Tsuyoi propels himself towards the ground, landing in a roll, before sprinting off in the opposite direction.

The Public Order squadron arrives at the scene late and finds the bazaar in a state of devastation. The newer recruits look wide-eyed at the strange and unimaginable chaos while the more veteran members of the squad look barely perturbed. "Another day another day." one of the older soldiers casually remarks. The Public Order workers proceed to begin loading up bodies and escorting civilians to the nearest medical facility. At the same time, they begin investigating the scene for any clues as to what went on and interrogate several of the civilians.
