RAT-KING VS TSUYOI TOURNAMENT OF STRENGTH GRAND FINALE

The stands are packed, every seat is filled and many children sit atop their guardians' shoulders or on their laps to have a chance to witness what has been lauded as a spectacular finale to the Tournament of Strength. On the Rat-King's side lies the majority of the inhabitants of the Pit. Everyone from his close circle of freakish abominations to Chiyoko's exile enclave has gathered to support the domestic champion of the Pit. Many of the diehard fans of previous contestants have celebrated him for his willingness to compromise and give power to their representatives. Despite his status as a foreigner, a few impressionable citizens of the Pit have rallied around Tsuyoi believing him to be stronger than the Rat-King and thus more worthy to act as the protector of the Pit. Some of the more stubborn followers of Jun and Chiyoko have decided to rally around this comparatively more relatable and human candidate, fearing that rule under the Rat-King would lead to chaos and strife. No matter where one stands one cannot confess that both candidates are equally dangerous and equally unpredictable. The Samurai sighs in disappointment as he rings the gong to signal the beginning of the match while the Magister looks on in amusement at the imminent battle.

The Rat-King expertly navigates the now familiar labyrinth beneath the arena until it locates the salty shaft by smell. The Rat-King anxiously clambers into the cage and grips its moist rusty bars in anticipation. As he is lifted up into the bright and dry arena above he unleashes a mighty roar, unsettling his more human supporters while riling up his zealous mutant followers into a frenzy. The Rat-King rips the rusted cage door off and tosses it to the side, menacingly stomping out into the sandy arena.

Tsuyoi steps out of his cage, and glances around at the crowd with a sneer, followed by a look of apprehension. "I don't want to rule a pit full of rust and peasants.." he mutters under his breath. He folds his arms, and cracks his neck, sizing up the Rat-King, "So your that big old animal freak? Ugh, rust is disgusting, did your mother fuck a mutant rat or something?" he says.

"Rust?" the Rat-King repeats confused. "That is a strange insult foreigner but my mother was no disgusting degenerate. I was once a man like you, a man and many animals before I was changed by a sinister device beyond my comprehension. Despite my feral appearance and marred flesh I still believe that I am far more of a man than a disrespectful runt such as you!" he shouts angrily, slobbering as he does so. Riled up by what he interpreted as insults from Tsuyoi the Rat-King charges forth, sprinting with incredible speed and ferocity.

Tsuyoi rockets himself into the air as the Rat-King charges, the vein on the indent in his forehead becoming more prominent. He holds an open palm to the rusty cages, and a piece of rebar flies towards the Rat-King, not aimed to impale the Rat-King, but nick him in passing, and fly into Tsuyoi's open palm.

As the rebar zooms close to the Rat-King it nicks him, creating a gash along his oblique muscles. Before it can reach Tsuyoi; however, the Rat-King swiftly grabs a hold of it and wrestles with Tsuyoi's telekinetic force with his raw physical strength.

Tsuyoi's vein bulges, but he cant wrest the rebar from the Rat-King's grip. However, a small sphere of the Rat-Kings blood is extracted from his wound, and flies towards Tsuyoi, who levitates the blood above his palm with a smirk. Tsuyoi bites into his arm, ripping the skin. He then applies the blood to his own wound, "When you healed that lumbering fool, it struck me how convenient it was that making my foe's shed blood can heal others. Bit of a double-edged sword, eh? Oh well, not all rust can be winners after all," says Tsuyoi with a smirk.

The Rat-King grunts in frustration. "You assume that you can bleed me fast enough to heal your own wounds. I won't give you that opportunity!" he roars furiously. He bends the rebar at an angle and proceeds to toss it with immense force towards where Tsuyoi's shoulder meets his left arm.

Tsuyoi applies a force on the piece of rebar as it flies at him, not enough to slow it, but instead he alters its trajectory to go flying past him. Tsuyoi shakes his head, "You won't lay a scratch on me Rat-King, your blood's going to be put to much better use than healing your useless abominations," says Tsuyoi, as he attempts to pull more blood from the Rat-Kings gash.

Tsuyoi's telekinetic force manages to extract a few more drops of blood before the gash scabs over and quickly fully heals. The Rat-King begins to tear chunks of rock and compact dirt from the ground of the arena. As he hefts these massive blocks of earth from the ground, instead of hurling them at Tsuyoi, he begins to stack them upon one another until he has created a rudimentary ramp. Upon completing his handiwork he runs to the far edge of the arena and on all fours begins to dash up the ramp and leap at Tsuyoi.

Tsuyoi holds the blood in a sphere above his palm, pooling it with the blood he extracted earlier. He waits for the Rat-King to finish his ramp, and as the Rat-King prepares to dash at it, he sends a force to knock it over. He raises his palm behind him, and telekinetically grabs the rebar that has flown past him, trying to send it back down to meet the Rat-King mid dive.

Just before the ramp topples over the Rat-King kicks off of it with all of his strength, leaping in the air at tremendous speeds on a direct trajectory towards Tsuyoi. As the rebar impales him in the head it doesn't go all the way through and as a result, the blood flow is stemmed.

The Rat-King crashes into Tsuyoi and the weak barrier around himself, causing the two to go hurtling through the air, spinning. The blood along the edges of the rebar wound, and the blood floating above Tsuyoi's palm collects into a pool on the indent on his forehead, and he grins wickedly. He strains his telekinetic power to its breaking point for a sudden and powerful burst of energy around him. The vein on his indent snaps, and blood flows out of it, but the Rat-Kings mutant blood instantly stitches it back together. Tsuyoi begins to chuckle, and shakes with giddiness, "Yes, yes! Now this is more like it!"

"Yes, this IS more like it!" the Rat-King shouts back as he starts brutally pounding Tsuyoi with his bare fists. As he does so the Rat-King's rebar wound finishes stitching up around the edges.

The Rat-Kings finds his fists beating against a powerful telekinetic barrier, and red blood mingles with the green blood pooled on the indent. With a sudden burst of energy, Tsuyoi attempts to blast the Rat-King off of him.

As the Rat-King is blasted through the air he crashes into the far wall of the arena battered and bruised. The audience looks on, the Rat-King's supporters noticeably worried while the motley ensemble of Tsuyoi's supporters cheer wildly as the Rat-King is tossed around helplessly.

Tsuyoi hums giddily to himself, and glances around the arena, "So.. if I win, you all belong to me, right? Including the Rat guy?" he asks the magister. He turns back to the Rat-King, and raises a palm, attempting to lift the Rat-King into the air, and then slam him back into the ground, the blood in his indent continuing to mingle with the Rat-Kings green ooze. "Tell me when you've had enough, your too precious for me to kill now," yells Tsuyoi across the arena.

The Rat-King clings to the ground, his fingers seeping deep into the earth in an attempt to resist the upward pull of Tsuyoi's telekinesis yet ultimately is dragged up and bashed into the ground repeatedly. After a few minutes of being pummeled about like a ragdoll, the Rat-King suddenly shouts "You want my blood, have it you filthy animal!" and jabs his thumbs into his eyes. Suddenly blood jets out from the Rat-King's eyes spraying into Tsuyoi's face at high pressure.

Tsuyoi flies higher to dodge the spray of blood, "How considerate of you, Rat-man, but I think I got enough," says Tsuyoi with a scoff. Tsuyoi continues an unrelenting assault on the Rat-King, attempting to fling him around, and smash him into the sides of the arena walls. As he does, the green-fluid on the left indent on his temple continues to redden, but he seems to take no notice, completely enamored by his newfound strength.

Brought to his limits the Rat-King finally gives in. Within his mind, a torrent of squeaks and snarls echo and drown out all of his thoughts. Struggling against Tsuyoi's immense telekinetic power the Rat-King finally strains and struggles before breaking free of the telekinetic hold. Dropping to all fours the Rat-King foams at the mouth and snarls like a savage animal. Unleashing a ghastly hiss he runs rapidly towards Tsuyoi, zigging and zagging from left to right, before pouncing with all his might towards Tsuyoi. As the Rat-King leaps high into the air he kicks up mounds of dirt behind him.

Tsuyoi seems to snap out of his giddy mood as the Rat-King breaks his grip. As the Rat-King flies at him, Tsuyoi dives underneath him, hurtling towards the opposite wall, while telekinetically drawing blood from the area's he smashed the Rat-King around in, replacing the levitating puddle on his forehead indent. Assuming he gets that far, he skips to a halt, and hurls an powerful current of telekinetic force at the Rat-King, his grin gone, "Sheesh, can't get carried away yet..," he mutters.

As the Rat-King's body slams against the back wall of the arena, he quickly pulls himself from the rubble and begins to barrel towards Tsuyoi again. As the telekinetic force impacts Rat-King's head, his feet dig into the ground and he weathers the current until it passes over him. While his assault has been slowed he quickly regains speed and attempts to leap force and slash at Tsuyoi's sides.

Tsuyoi does all that he can do to slow the Rat-Kings powerful leap, as he tenses up, and stands his ground. As the Rat-King slams into him, his claws break through Tsuyoi's barrier, and cut deep gashes into his sides. As he does, however, Tsuyoi puts a large amount of telekinetic pressure into his foot, and attempts to kick the Rat-King in the stomach, and send him into the air.

Tsuyoi's kick strikes the Rat-King harshly knocking the air out of him and sending him high into the air.

Tsuyoi grips his bleeding side with a cry of pain, while he levels his other hand at the Rat-King, suspending him in mid-air. He slowly loosens the grip on his wound with his left hand, and raises  his other, bloodied palm to Rat-King. A telekinetic force grips the top, and bottom half of the Rat-King. The grip then begins pulling apart, attempting to tear the Rat-King in half. Tsuyoi's face is scrunched in concentration, until he begins coughing violently. He begins hacking up blood, and the realization grips him that the Rat-Kings earlier attack on his side had punctured his lung. He diverts the remaining precious green fluid from the indent on his forehead to the wound on his side, and the fluid seeps into it. He releases his grip on the Rat-King, and continues to violently cough.

The Rat-King's body strains as the telekinetic force begins tugging at each end of his body. The Rat-King's body begins to tear around his middle before suddenly the telekinetic force ceases its pull. As the Rat-King drops to his feet his gut begins to rapidly stitch his two "halves" back together and he appears to take a moment to recover. "Surrender, or else." the Rat-King snarls violently. Seeing Tsuyoi lose his composure the Rat-King rushes forward and attempts to grip him by the neck in a chokehold.
